PAH is currently looking for someone to take on the role of Tournament Coordinator, and I wanted to reach out to our membership as we begin our search.

This is a paid, part-time position with flexible hours and the ability to work primarily from home. We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, enjoys working with people and has a good understanding of minor hockey.

The main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating PAH tournaments and working with volunteer tournament directors.

• Managing tournament registrations and communication with participating teams.

• Reaching out to other minor hockey associations to promote our tournaments and encourage participation.

• Managing tournament sanctions and related requirements.

• Supporting PAH coaches, managers and volunteers in organizing successful tournaments.

• Overseeing the City of Prince Albert Destination Marketing Fund process.

Applicants should be comfortable with computers, email and Microsoft Office. Experience with minor hockey tournaments, websites or social media would be an asset.

The position reports to the PAH General Manager and requires occasional attendance at the PAH office, local arenas and meetings. Compensation will be discussed with interested applicants.
